The location is great, very central in beautiful and lively neighborhood Le Cure. The apartment is spacious and quiet, and the view of the garden/courtyard beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped.
The basement bedroom was not useable - not enough air and moldy smell. But we had enough bed space with the pull out sofa in the living room.
