I would not recoment this apartment unless they fix what is wrong in an apartment

Design

The apartment building was good but in a suspicious part-of the city. The building was not well maintained. In apartment all door are squeaky. The drainage in shower and kitchen sink is not working properly, the single mattresses are bad, the electrical outlets are unsafe, lighting in bathroom is not good and some of the lights are not working, the faucet in the powder room is not firm; when you try to open the water the faucet is moving too…..

Thank you Mia for everything! The location of the house is also quite good — you can walk to most places, it just adds around 5 extra minutes. There is also a bus stop very close by. Overall, we had a great experience!

Amazing

The apartment quality (bathrooms/lights/heat/distribution/beauty) is insanely good. I would even live there. We had some issues opening one mattress but the owner helped us right away even if it was relatively late in the night. Close enough to the center/big mall. The main table was even good to play some table tennis :))))))))

Maybe a bit more pots/small frying pans would help as if you can be up to 6 people you might cook with more at the same time. This is to up the note from 10 to 11 btw.

Smeštaj je odličan, domaćin je fin i lako se komunicira. Ima obezbeđen parking u garaži, što je uvek korisno. Kraj je miran, a do centra se stiže za oko 15 minuta laganog hoda. Stan je dobro opremljen, uredan, zgrada ima lift. U neposrednoj blizini ima i prodavnica.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille proche du centre ville !

L'appartement correspond en tout point à la description et répond parfaitement aux besoins d'un groupe d'amis ou d'une famille. Il était très propre, fonctionnel et à distance plus que respectable du centre ville. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte que ce soit avant, pendant ou après. Tout était très bien !

Kapalı garajı var ama girişi çok dar ve engebeli, aracın altı sürttü. Dışarı koyulabilir yazılmıştı ama sokak çok dar, aracınızı gözden çıkarırsanız koyabilirsiniz. Küçük bir balkonu ve çok kötü bir manzarası var. Tek kişilik yataklar da, salonda açılırken bizi uğraştıran kanepe de çok eski ve konforsuz. Çocuklar gıcırtıdan uyuyamadı. Ev sahibine durumu söyleyince 1 yıllık bile değil dedi, üstelik benden önce kimse şikayet etmemiş bu durumdan!? Banyoda duş başlığı ve bataryalar kireç içinde. Su içilebilir yazan dairedeki su oldukça kireçli. Evde hijyen sorunu da var çünkü hamam böceği vardı. Böyle bir daire için de fiyat fazla. Ev sahibinin ilk gün sonrasında konaklamanız nasıldı diye attığı mesaj göstermelik, yataklarla ilgili durumu anlatıp 2.gün çıkmak istiyorum deyince çıkabilirsiniz tabiki dedi, elbette ücret iadesi yok. Sadece ilk gün lavabo tıkandığı için yardımcı oldu birini göndererek. Mecbur kalmadıkça kalmayın ben kalmazdım.

Konumu kötüydü. Sokak çok dardı, ve iyi bir konumu yoktu. Otoparkı var ama ev sahibine büyük aracımızın olduğunu otoparka rahat girmekte sorun olur mu diye sorduk ve sorun olmayacağını söyledi ama arabamızla giremedik. Sokak çok dar. Gece geç saate arabaya sokaklarda yer aradık, arabayı bıraktığımız yerde sorun olur mu diye düşünmekten uyuyamadık. Gece girdik, sabah erken saatte kahve içmek istedik ama evde hiç bir şey bulamadık. Poşet kahve dahi yoktu. Başka bir yer de konaklamamız oldu, evde kahve, bitki çayları her şey vardı.
