Zeer aangenaam en vriendelijk ontvangen. Ontbijt was top, kiezen en je krijgt het. Lekker drankje gekregen bij ontvangst. Zeer nette kamer.

Matthew and Kay are fantastic hosts and the property was great for our family. Dornoch is an incredibly charming town and Matthew and Kay made some great recommendations for meals and entertainment, not to mention some guidance for how to play the championship course.

Warm welcome, very comfortable room with good facilities, excellent cooked breakfast.

Close to centre of Dornoch!
The curb appeal was poor. Paths and garden full of weeds. The railings were rusty and badly needed to be painted. There was also no parking ! The outside very much let the inside down. If I hadn’t already paid I would have turned away without even going in.
