Included a thorough breakfast that was already laid out for us in the morning (pastries, hard boiled egg, coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt). Also included wrapped sandwiches that we took for lunch. Free filtered water, and complimentary coffee, beer and snacks in the room. Location was great for the neighborhood. Host was super kind and communicative.
Can’t think of anything.

Apartments are clean, location is good, but the apartments themselves have paper-thin doors, noise insulation is really poor. Also I would be bothered about breakfast.
Noise insulation, tiny.
