- very centrally located in a top area - very comfortable bed - good snacks - drinking water quality is good - I got a quiet room as requested
- I first planned to stay here in May and the cancellation process was very difficult - you needs 4 keys to access to room, which can be a bit complicated

Great location - close to many good restaurants & tram.
I felt like the reviews for this B& B were misleading . To be honest we have travelled for past 6 weeks in Spain, Portugal & Croatia and experienced many hotels & apartments . Fabio was pleasant & helpful when he was there - reception is not manned many hours of the day. We were very disappointed with the breakfast offered. It really misses the mark IMO. The website stated packaged goods - I thought it would be cereal etc. It cost more for our 3 nights here than a week in an apartment in Croatia so not value for money; the room was not touched by housekeeping so no clean towels. Info in the room stated that if you required clean linen more frequently than every 3 days you would be charged .€10
