About this cottage rental
La Belle Escale is an exceptional villa ideally located 50 meters from the beach, 250 meters from the Guérande salt marshes, 800 meters from the Port of La Turballe, and 3 kilometers from the protected Pen-Bron inlet.
Its clever design, with its U-shaped architecture, offers a harmonious separation between the various tranquil spaces and the leisure areas, such as a 6-person spa, a gym (treadmill, stationary bike, water rower, punching bag, etc.), and games rooms (billiards, foosball, ping-pong, darts). All of this is arranged around a heated swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) that enjoys constant sunshine and is accessible from a lovely terrace with a bioclimatic pergola, on a 1300 m² enclosed plot.
Private parking is available on the property. A fleet of 8 bicycles is available, as well as a pétanque court.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious and bright 90 m² living/dining room with fireplace and quarter grand piano, utility room, 3 bedrooms (each with a 160x200 cm bed, en-suite shower room and toilet), cinema room, gym and games room, and separate toilet.
