Come and discover the charm of the fishing port of Turballe, in a Breton family house, 20 meters from the Bretons Beach, which has obtained the Blue Flag, symbol of exemplary environmental quality.
The house is equipped with WIFI.
All comfort: South facing granite terrace with integrated barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.
On the ground floor: 26m2 living room with a large convivial table and a sitting area with flat screen TV and warm granite fireplace, separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook shellfish!
Upstairs (completely refurbished in 2014): Zen shower room with double sink, separate WC, 3 bedrooms with new bedding (1 bedroom with double bed 160 * 200 + single bed, 1 bedroom with double bed 160 * 200 and old iron baby bed and 1 bedroom with double bed 140 * 190.
In the basement: Shower room (shower and small sink), washing machine and dryer. 4 bikes (as is) are at your disposal.
Extremely bright, family-friendly house, 2 steps from the sea (20m) and salt marshes accessible on foot (1Km).
Port and town center at 800m.
Activities in front of the house: sea bass and sole fishing, sailing school, kite flying, indoor market, walking or cycling in the salt marshes, tennis.
