About this house rental

Completely renovated house on three levels in a simming.
Large terrace facing the sea overlooking a sand garden. The house comprises on the ground floor of a stay- kitchen, a bathroom and a WC.
On the 1st level, 1 bedroom with a large balcony on the sea, the chamber 2 to the rear and a toilet. At the last level the 3 bedroom attic (access is through the bedroom 1).

The city center is 10 minutes from the beach

First impression arriving on a Satuday evening after shops are closed NO TOILET PAPER Owner when we finally met shrugged and just said cleaners fault. WI FI very difficult to connect endless messages to owner and daughter ( who never opened her phone even by when we had left.) but no cable as advertised just regular. Finally after 4 days owner arrived and connected TV Stairs not suitable for very youg children or older clients. Location and facilities good. barbeque is an electric hob.

Maisonnette très bien située directement sur la plage, à 10 mn du centre ville. Les Marais salants sont justes derrière. L'équipement est parfait. Très bon accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in La Turballe aber zum ersten Mal in diesem Haus. Sehr angenehmer Vermieter und die Lage direkt hinter der Düne ist einfach toll. Wir sind zu dritt und hatten genug Platz. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, auch an einem regnerischen Tag -den wir leider hatten- hält man es drinnen gut aus. Die Küche ist hinreichend ausgestattet. Einziges Manko, dass man selbst beheben kann: der zur Verfügung gestellte Föhn ist ein sehr kleiner. Nicht so gut bei längeren Haaren. Besser dann einen mitbringen. Wir fanden es toll wie immer. Maison joliment décorée, très agréable, avec une belle vue du balcon sur les couchers de soleil. S'endormir au bruit des vagues, aller prendre un bain à tout moment... Mon séjour a été un pur moment de bonheur. J'ai hâte de pouvoir revenir.

Maison intelligemment rénovée et fonctionnelle. A quelques pas de la plage et 10 mn du port et commerces. La vue le matin au petit déjeuner sur le balcon du 1er est imprenable ! Accueil très sympathique. Très propre. Conforme à l'annonce. Nous reviendrons. Merci belle prestation.

maison conforme à l'annonce. Très fonctionnel et propre. Rien à redire également sur les couchages qui sont de bonne qualité. La proximité de la plage est sympa. Le quartier est vraiment calme. Nous avons pu passer les vacances que nous souhaitions passer, dépaysante, vivifiante et reposante. La région est vraiment sympa à visiter. Nous avons été bien reçu par le propriétaire Claude ROGEL. Ponctuel pour l'arrivée et le départ, ce qui est aussi très appréciable.

Sehr schönes Haus an bester Lage gleich am Strand. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und entspricht den Bildern, die Aufteilung auf 3 Etagen hat unseren Kindern besonders gefallen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll dekoriert, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum freundlichen Ort La Turballe und zu diversen Freizeitangeboten in der nahen Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cette location. La déco est à la hauteur des photos publiées sur le site Abritel.fr. Les lieux sont très propres. L'environnement est intéressant avec sa grande plage, ses dunes, les marais salants, Guérande, Le Croisic et Piriac-sur-Mer non loin du triplex. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux !

description conforme à la prestation triplex avec terrasse et petit jardin clos; grand espace de jeu aussi à l'extérieur devant la dune. Maison très propre, bien décorée, bien équipée, bien exposée et bien située (en une minute, on a les pieds dans l'eau!). Belle plage calme, centre ville accessible en 10 minutes à pied. bref, nous conservons précieusement cette adresse !

Nous avons véritablement apprécié notre séjour dans ce superbe triplex, aucune mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée quand au produit annoncé, en tout point conforme, une propreté irréprochable,une très jolie déco, un accueil chaleureux et une petite attention sympa quand à la bouteille de cidre offerte à notre arrivée, l'environnement est agrèable et la résidence tranquille, les commerçants sont acceuillants et LA TURBALLE est un endroit très bien tenu ou il fait bon vivre , nous ne pouvons que le recommander et pourrions y revenir nous même.

La location était bien dans l'ensemble. Par contre, celle-ci me semble un peu petite pour 6 adultes. Nous étions 1 couple avec 3 petits enfants, c'était parfait. Il y a 3 chambres dont 1 petite. La plage est non surveillée, agréable, mais un peu dangereuse pour de jeunes enfants.
