Ideal for spending holidays with family or friends, this large house in La Turballe can accommodate up to 14 people.
It includes:
- Beautiful living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave).
- Pantry with washing machine and fridge-freezer.
- Relaxation area in a veranda that can open completely onto the garden.
- Sleeps: 6 rooms including a dormitory with bunk beds for 4 people
- 3 Bathrooms (2 en-suite + 1 large bathroom).
- 2 separate toilets (1 on the first floor and 1 upstairs)
It is close to the beach, the port and its shops (700m, less than 10 minutes walk), everything being quiet, in a cul-de-sac with a large garden of 1000 m2 without vis-à-vis.
For your leisure activities, you will find at your disposal: large wooden terrace with private and heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, two adult bikes, outdoor games, board games, beach games...
