The "Zur Knock" vacation home is situated in a quiet location on an idyllic lot of over 1,200 m² in Emden-Wybelsum. The house has a living area of approximately 115 m² and features three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room with an open-concept kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate restroom. Surrounding the house is a beautifully landscaped garden, which is available for the exclusive use of vacation guests. The garden is fully fenced, so you can relax outdoors with your children or pets. Enjoy your time off with family and friends on the covered patio or by the beautifully landscaped fire pit.

The first floor features a bedroom, the living room, the dining room/kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m sleeping surface), and the bathroom has a shower. From the first floor, you can also access the garden at the back via the covered patio and the driveway to the side.
The upper floor features two bedrooms, a hallway, and a half-bath. Both bedrooms have a double bed with a 160 cm sleeping surface. The vacation home is therefore designed to accommodate up to six people. All bedrooms are a comfortable size and have their own TV.

The house is very modern and has been furnished with great attention to detail; the garden is regularly maintained and also promises a relaxing getaway for your children and pets. A playground for the children is also just a minute’s walk away.

The house is located in the small, quiet neighborhood of Emden-Wybelsum, near Krummhörn. You can reach the main train station and the city center by car in about 15 minutes. The nearby shopping center (Dollart-Center, Thüringer Str.) is a 6- to 8-minute drive away. Visit the Kunsthalle Emden, the “Otto-Huus,” the East Frisian State Museum, or take a lovely harbor tour. The neighboring town of Krummhörn also offers many places worth seeing (e.g., the lighthouse in Pilsum, Osterburg Groothusen, and the pile-dwelling village of Rysum).

You can park your cars and bicycles in front of the house or on the driveway. Bed linens and towels are provided. For our younger guests, a high chair, playpen, and travel crib are available free of charge. Pets are also welcome and will feel right at home on the large property. This is a smoke-free home!
