New, very comfortably furnished holiday home surrounded by a large garden.
You enter the house and are in a large hall, here we have also set up a very generously equipped play area. The big cars and huge building blocks are particularly popular.
The kitchen is fully equipped. A large dining table with 8 chairs and additional children's chairs offers enough space, even for large families.
The living room is furnished with a large couch corner. Sat TV and a stereo.
From the kitchen and living room you can reach the large terrace with garden furniture and a fireplace grill.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating.

Gut ausgestattetes, frisch renoviertes Haus, ruhige Lage,
großzügige Räume, auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut zu
nutzen, nette Vermieterin.
Verbessern könnte man die Beleuchtung in der Küche.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in der Nähe von Emden. Norden ist ca. eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Im Ortsteil selber gibt es die Ecke rum ein kleines Lädchen, welches jeden Tag frische und leckere Brötchen bietet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sonst erst im Ortsteil Pewsum, wohin man ca. 10 Minuten benötigt.
Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der Garten ist sehr schön und das Kinderspielzeug wurde rege genutzt. Wir hatten zum Glück jeden Tag recht gutes Wetter, so dass wir viel den Garten nutzen konnten.
