About this house rental
The Weitblick vacation home is located in a quiet setting on a property of approximately 1,000 m² in Emden-Wybelsum. The house has a living area of approximately 110 m² and features three bedrooms, a living/dining room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. Surrounding the house is a beautifully landscaped, fenced-in garden, which is available for the exclusive use of vacation guests. From there, you’ll be treated to an idyllic view of the East Frisian fields. With the fresh East Frisian sea air, you can enjoy your vacation in complete tranquility.
On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom, the large living/dining area, the kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed (1.60 m sleeping surface), and the bathroom has a shower. From the first floor, you can also access the backyard and the driveway to the side.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and a hallway. The bedroom on the left has a double bed (1.40 m sleeping surface) and its own access to the bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom across from it has two single/double beds (0.90 m and 1.40 m sleeping surface) for overnight guests. The vacation home is therefore designed to accommodate up to six people.
The house has been furnished in a very modern style, and the garden is regularly and professionally maintained. The wood-burning stove in the living room promises many cozy evenings with family and friends.
The house is located in the small, quiet neighborhood of Emden-Wybelsum, near Krummhörn. You can reach the main train station and the city center by car in about 15 minutes. The nearby shopping center (Dollart-Center, Thüringer Str.) is a 6–8-minute drive away. Visit the Kunsthalle Emden, the “Otto-Huus,” the East Frisian State Museum, or take a lovely harbor tour. The neighboring town of Krummhörn also offers many places worth seeing (e.g., the lighthouse in Pilsum, Osterburg Groothusen, and the pile-dwelling village of Rysum).
You can park your cars and bicycles in front of the house or on the driveway. Bed linens and towels are provided. For our younger guests, a high chair and a travel crib are available free of charge. Pets are also welcome and will feel right at home on the large property. This is a smoke-free home!
