Located in the peaceful village of La Garoterie, near the Boulogne river, the 411 is a cottage of character that will charm you. This building, dating from the 1850s, has been restored respecting its original appearance as much as possible. We have preserved the volumes as well as the stone, brick, sponge cake and wood elements to preserve the authenticity and history of this central place.
We are bringing this building back to life, unoccupied since the 1960s, when the floor was still dirt.
The work will be completed in July 2024, opening a new page for this building.
