The Stables has one king-sized bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a dining area and sitting area with a Smart TV, Bluray Player, DVD Player and a CD Player. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s off-road parking for 1 car, a non-enclosed front patio with furniture and barbecue, and communal grounds with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.4 miles, pub 2.5 miles. A romantic getaway awaits at The Stables. Note: No children allowed, including babes in arms. Note: From November to March there's an extra charge of £15 per week for heating and electricity. Note: Owner is happy to do washing at a small charge per load. Note: Owner hosts an annual party/get together every August bank holiday weekend. Note: This property's changeover day is Saturday only. The resort attractions of Newquay includes bars, clubs, a zoo, vibrant shops, the National Surfing Centre and fabulous beaches are all just 7 miles away, while 9 miles in the other direction is the sleepy fishing port of Padstow. In between lies a beautiful section of the South West Coast path, winding its way over the clifftops, down to tranquil coves and across some of the region's top beaches. The surrounding area is also a visitor’s paradise with much to see and do. Stately homes, world-renowned gardens, adventure playgrounds and theme parks, model railways, fishing lakes and golf courses are all to be discovered within 10 miles. Even the spectacular Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, both on the other side of the county, are only 12 miles away, making this a superb base for your Cornish holiday.
