There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a dining area and sitting area with a Smart TV, Bluray Player, DVD Player and a CD Player. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s off-road parking for 1 car, a non-enclosed front patio with furniture and barbecue, and communal grounds with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.4 miles, pub 2.5 miles.
