Little Willow has one king-sized bedroom with en-suite bath and shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster, a dining area and sitting area with a Smart TV, DVD Player, CD Player and iPod Dock. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s off-road parking for 1 car, a front patio with furniture and communal grounds with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.4 miles, pub 2.5 miles. Bring your soulmate for an escape at Little Willow. Note: No children allowed, including babes in arms. Note: From November to March there's an extra charge of £15 per week for heating and electricity, paid directly to owner. Note: Owner is happy to do washing at a small charge per load. In between lies a beautiful section of the South West Coast path, winding its way over the clifftops, down to tranquil coves and across some of the region's top beaches. The surrounding area is also a visitor’s paradise with much to see and do.
