Clean fresh room, immaculate room

Our stay here while we explored Paris was lovely - very quiet area, felt very safe. There is a grocery store directly opposite the building which was very conveniently located. There is a laundromat within walking distance, as well as a boulangerie. There is a train station a 10 minute walk away, but we preferred to take the bus (the stop is only a 3 minute walk from the building) to La Defense for the metro and a shopping centre.
The apartment we stayed in was quite warm due to centralised air conditioning despite it being cold outside for the duration of our stay, and we kept having to open all the windows - when we enquired with reception, we were informed that it was not possible to change the temperature.
The kitchenette was especially appreciated as we cooked the majority of our meals here during our stay in Paris.

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Médicis
Staff was very friendly. Grocery store across the street, several bakeries nearby and even a « market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The residence is surrounded by a park with a stream and there is a playground across the street. Transportation to la Defense (and Paris) is at your door. Note: there is no daily room cleaning like a hotel but you can have a cleaning if you stay more than 7days.
