    The hotel is quite new, and the environment is comfortable and clean, shoping mall making it very convenient , there is a shopping mall right next door.

    Check-in Nightmare: It took a full half hour just to get my room. The self-check-in kiosks were completely useless; the system failed to recognize my reservation regardless of whether I entered my name or my Booking ID. Misleading & Overpriced Parking: This is easily the most expensive hotel parking I have ever encountered in my life. The hotel advertised a rate of RM 25 "per entry," yet I was charged a staggering RM 75 for a 3-night stay. Tedious Room Access: Instead of a standard keycard, the hotel uses a digital lock requiring a 7-digit passcode. The keypad is incredibly poorly designed and difficult to type on, making it a frustrating and time-consuming hassle every single time you want to enter your room.
