The house was clean and neat. The ACs worked very well. It has a complete facilities; fridge, microwave, washing machine, tv, AC, iron.

The facilities and environment were great and beyond expectations. The building also has a casual mall downstairs. Even though the network connection is poor, you can still find many food stalls and a grocery market, which makes it very convenient.
There are gym room, sauna, pool, reading room, studio and even co-working space.
The owner is responsive and friendly. However, this location does not allow short stays, so you’ll need to plan accordingly.
-The way to access the parking lot involves a lot of turns.
-The mall parking also does not provide direct access to the lobby, but I assume this is for safety reasons.
-The unit is actually abit small if its for a family.
