The bathroom facilities were incredible clean, especially for a shared bathroom. The property manager was so incredible and great with communication! He gave us so many recommendations and truly was the best. Location felt safe and just a short walk to everything we needed. Would return.
Only thing to note would be that the builds can be a tiny bit echoey. So sometimes when people got home late you could hear but can be solved with some earplugs or a deep sleep.

The host was very nice and helpful. Even though I had a room with shared bathroom, did not have any issues waiting for other guests to shower, the bathroom was always empty and clean (host said it was cleaned twice a day). I was traveling alone (female), so location was very important for me. It is about 20 min. to the city center, the neighbourhood is close to train station, but I felt safe. The apartments are located on the street, did not have to go through dark yards etc.
All good.

It was very clean, even the bathroom was clean although being shared
The location within the area arriving to the property at night, the community at night doesn't feel safe. Not only bathroom is shared even the balcony is shared so we always kept the shutter of the door closed
