El apartamento es excepcional. Dos muy amplias estancias mas un baño completo y perfectamente equipado. Mobiliario exquisito de mucha calidad. El anfitrion muy serio y muy profesional en todo. Edificio señorial con un gran hall de entrada.
Todo estuvo bien. No puedo decir nada malo del apartamento y de su anfitrión.

Very clean - towels smelled nice like home, not that typical damp hotel smell
Very spacious rooms, nice old fashion decor vibes although some furniture doesn't really match the picture
Seemed well maintained/recently renovated or simply rarely rented/used except the bathroom door

Very cold rooms for my preference - the host controlled the temperature remotely with sensors locked to 19-20 degrees. I had to ask him to turn on the radiators the 2nd night bc they were turned off most of the time and I was FREEZING. The next night they went off again but I was too tired and uncomfortable having to ask again to turn on the radiators and repeat this every night and risk some discussions...I understand the concept of energy saving, but do that in your home. It's the middle of the winter, it's a paid rented apartment and for hospitably purpose, the guest should have full control over the temperature settings. I had to repeatedly use the AC to try to warm up the bedroom but it was still freezing until morning because I was afraid to use it too much and the host might turn it off/lower remotely completely since it was a smart AC too. To me this felt like a form of abuse. Maybe in the summer the temperature is great. But I do not recommend staying here at winter.
In addition, the apartment faces an intensely circulated boulevard which is noisy almost 24/7 with scouters and public transport till midnight. At 3AM!!!! they collect trash and scream like it's some fking riot outside and then at 5AM again, so good luck sleeping. You can also hear your neighbor from the Green suite next door. No soundproofing.
The street has sketchy people hanging out watching other people, even in full day, even if I stayed away from the "dangerous" area.
The lock on the apartment door feels like coming out of the door when using it. I strongly suggest to change it with a proper one to avoid unpleasant events. Having 3 keys to get in also confusing...how about a unique pin code?

Immeuble de charme et de caractère aux chambres très spacieuses (80 m2 - jamais vu un tel espace). Accueil de haut vol et à la carte.
Assez bien placé. Il faut marcher 10-15 minutes pour atteindre le centre de centre de Bari.
Aucun commentaire sinon la vue sur la rue.
