The place was comfortable and in a very good location.

Communication with the staff was very confusing, and sometimes they sounded rude. I was asked to share a photo of my ID in advance outside of the booking.com platform, over WhatsApp. I understand that’s done for security reasons, so the door can be unlocked, but I also find it unsafe to share a photo of my ID with a random WhatsApp number. Moreover, I arranged to meet the staff in front of the building and they were 30 minutes late, with no apologies. It felt like I was on the wrong side whenever I interacted with anyone from this property.

Great location. Close to everything. Very clean and comfortable.

Communication was terrible. Rarely ever anyone at the reception desk. We couldn’t get checked in because we were never provided with check in instructions. Ended up sitting at a restaurant down the street with all of our luggage for 3 hours waiting for a response after texting, calling and emailing. We witnessed other couples having trouble checking in too.

It was very modern, entry once knowing what to do is very good!

Very small was expecting bigger if I was honest, hot tub was rubbish!
