30 secs to the beach, 3 balconies, 2 bdrms ensuite

The apartment is in a well secured building in a superb location just two blocks from (but with view on!) Ipanema beach. The apartment is generally very spacious and in quite good shape. Rajeev, our host was super helpful and facilitated our stay perfectly!

While the apartment is very spacious, there is a bit narrow space in the kitchen. In windy weather, like what we had, prepare to put some kleenex or something to the entry door's gap, so it stops ramming :-). But that is just how the building is.

Location is excellent and the view is incredible.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this apartment again! The location is simply perfect. The beach is just steps away, with crystal clear water and even penguins swimming nearby, which made the experience truly unforgettable. The neighborhood feels very safe, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and bars within walking distance. The apartment itself is fantastic. Waking up to a breathtaking ocean view every morning was a highlight of our trip. It is spacious, with a comfortable living room and two bathrooms, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. A special thank you to the property manager, who was incredibly responsive and helpful. We were kindly allowed to check in early and check out later, and every question or request was answered almost immediately. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended. 10/10!

Excellent Location quick to either beach.

Old and tired. Beds aren’t comfortable and neither is the couch. And tiny kitchen.
