It is located in a very good location. The beach is within walking distance, and there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies around. The room was not large but very clean and comfortable.
There are mosquitoes. The ceiling fan helps a lot, though. We had some confusion during check-in (someone guided us inside a building, which turned out to be another hotel. It took some time to find the right building, which was on the same street, so maybe the check-in procedure could be easier.)

Valkiria e Franciele foram muito simpáticas e empáticas conosco. O quarto tem tudo o que precisa, a localização é ótima, a poucos passos da praia e você encontra todos os estabelecimentos necessários ao redor. Voltaria a me hospedar aqui novamente!
Atenção, pois não tem elevador, caso precise de um.
Tivemos um problema no ralo do banheiro, mas nada grave e a responsável já se prontificou a resolver o problema.

Só gostamos da localização ! não é bem descrito nas informações que o imóvel é compartilhado.
O que existe é um apartamento com vários quartos, alguns com banheiro, mas a cozinha e demais áreas são compartilhados ! inclusive, há moradores no local e enquanto estávamos hospedados estavam fazendo bastante barulho.
O lugar não tem elevador, então… se você tiver bastante mala não é uma boa.
Tivemos que subir muitas escadas com malas e foi péssimo. Além do que, a entrada é self check in e não é fácil para entrar.
