Really close to the beach in an excellent location in Ipanema. Close to great restaurant and we felt very safe all the time. Amazing view with Christ the Redeemer in the background and a view of the ocean. You use a keypad to get in and out of the apartment which is great.
The windows rattle a bit when it is windy, which can be bothersome at night. The elevators had multiple problems during our stay and felt a little unreliable. The building is definitely on the older side, and the cupboards have a very wet and musty smell, but it is not noticeable when the cupboards are closed.

Localização, prédio muito seguro, apartamento muito confortável com vista para o Corcovado e Lagoa
Faltava alguma louça, saladeira por exemplo, um candeeiro junto à cama e um aspirador de mão para ajudar a manter o apartamento limpo
