Everything we needed for a one night stay and an early start (hope we didn’t wake anyone!)
The single track up to the property was interesting!
Very quiet surroundings in the countryside but a short drive into Llangollen.
Lots of very hot water & a good shower.
The bathroom light & fan were operated by a sensor…which is quite disturbing when you need to use the bathroom during the night.

Great location, lovely for a peaceful stay but close enough to Llangollen town centre that you didn’t feel to far out. Perfect stay just for essentials i.e somewhere to sleep, wash etc. as we weren’t planning on being based in our accommodation too much.
This wouldn’t be an issue for most but as a female guest I struggled getting ready for a wedding I was attending in the local area, the only mirror is in the en-suite bathroom which has no plug sockets so hard to style your hair if using a hair dryer, heat tools. Lights and fan in bathroom are movement sensor controlled so go off/on a bit randomly. Iron would also have been useful.

Clean tidy
Location not practical to walk to town.
No pint of milk left, although told would be a picture shows it on website
Not clear on website check-in and out times
4pm check in 1hr later, then usual 10 am check out 1 hr earlier than usual.
Gate was closed when leaving at 10am
Room with just a TV took a long time to warm up.
