Great Location. It was close to the BTS line. Also, great rooms.

Location. Room size.

Room did not look like the pictures. Which show clean white Shining room. This room had dark sheets and the windows faced out into another building. There was no view like in the pictures. The bathroom was a bit awkward to enter the bedroom door blocked it. Every day there were mosquitoes and cockroaches. There's limited service. So if you miss the house cleaning, I was unable to get fresh towels in the evening. In the shower water takes forever to warm up. A big waste of water. I think it's unacceptable to list something with some pictures and then you show up and it's nothing like what you purchased. It's not honest. Location is good.

Air conditioner in living room is broken. Remote controls for both Air conditioner works very bad. Refrigerator smell and dirty. There are no handrail in the bathroom, it is difficult to get into the bath now, can slip and die.

My booking was for 3 nights. On arrival (Friday) I was told thatI would have to checkout by 11am on Sunday to move to a sister hotel about 1km away. (An email had been sent that morning but I was in transit between countries /airports). Sunday morning when I checked out I was advised I would not be able to check -in until 3pm Not surprisingly I threw a tantrum and insisted I get immediate check-in or I stay at the soi 43 site. The receptionist conveyed my message clearly and everything then went well. The second hotel in Thonglor soi53 was superior n staff exceptionally helpful

Soi 43 site lacked facilities promoted in booking site (no washing machine) n kitchen facilities limited.
