Ascella Sukhumvit 38 - Thonglor

Very good location near to everything. Grocery store, dentist, food, entertainment, etc. Not a huge building so not a lot of foot traffic, noise, or waiting for the elevator. Staff was always pleasant. Having a washing machine was very convenient also.

What I absolutely loved about staying at this location was the staff. The staff is truly top tier. If I could give them 200%, I would. They were tremendously helpful and genuinely caring. I had some initial issues with my room, and they immediately moved me to another room that was much better. I also had an issue with a delivery, and they went above and beyond to help me sort it out and made sure everything arrived on time. Whatever I needed, they made sure it was handled and up to par. Their service made a huge difference in my stay. The location was also excellent—very central and convenient. Transportation was easily accessible, and many places were within walking distance. I didn’t do the breakfast package, but the central location alone was a big plus. I also appreciated that there was a church just a short walk from the apartment, which was very meaningful to me. Because of the staff and the location, I would absolutely stay here again. Overall, it was a really awesome experience, and the staff truly made the stay memorable.

What I wouldn’t necessarily say I didn’t like, but felt could use improvement, is that the pictures on the website are not updated. I think updating the photos would better reflect the true look and dynamics of the complex. My biggest concern was cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom. To be clear, the apartments themselves are clean and housekeeping services are available as needed. However, I believe more attention to detail could be given to bathroom cleaning. That area stood out to me the most. Outside of those points, there really wasn’t anything else I would say I didn’t like, and none of this took away from my overall experience staying there.

Great location, great price, super close to Thong Lo station. Professional staff, easy to reach. Really no complaints really. Great value.
