The size of the place vs the surrounding hotels. Nearby market (Marche) offers what you need (food, toiletries, etc). Nearby restaurants offers you good variety of choices. The reception host and the TukTuk driver is very friendly.
Too far from BTS. You need to walk a lot after 6pm as the shuttle TukTuk only ferry you to&fro BTS during the specified time. The swimming pool water is too cold due to design which channel strong winds to blow the pool. The sauna room is too small. Something to Note: Advertised as private pool but its actually a common pool at the lobby level next to the reception. All guest arriving would be looking at the pool just a few feet away.

Certainly needs renovation. Sliding windows let all the noise from the ThongLo street get into the room.

It stated on the booking private pool and sauna which turned out to be a communal pool and sauna not as stated on the booking. Which in my opinion is mis selling a product as I would of. Stayed someone with this facility
