Great space for 2 people sleeping in different rooms, proximity to metro station and Lidl, the hallway between the living room and the bedroom making the bathroom in the middle there equally accessible from both areas without bothering the other party, the spacious balcony, the separate kitchen, the green and cooling vegetation in front of the balcony, the quietness, the cleanliness, the well maintained building, the shades on all the windows, the Internet connection.
Make sure you read the description, the reviews and the instructions carefully - if you come on a weekend there's nobody there to help, they can only be reached during the weekdays between certain times. It was not our case, but I can see how some people would find the check in process quite strenuous. The sofa squeaks and it's not 10/10 comfortable, but it did the job for me for 4 nights.

Grosse, super eingerichtete Wohnung im 4. Stock mit Balkon und sehr schönem Blick auf Grünanlage und Kirchturm. Die Lage zur Metrostation Precotto, Supermärkten ( Lidl, Aldi) und Restaurants (Trattoria San Filippo Neri) mit 5 Gehminuten optimal.
Das einzige was fehlte: Kleiderbügel! Die Plattform für die Online Registrierung war umständlich und zeitaufwendig
