Emplacement, parking sécurisé, piscine chauffée
Check out un peu tôt quand on a des enfants : 10h max à l'agence cela fait se lever tôt pour déjeuner, ranger puis aller à l'agence

Très bien situé moins de 10 min de marche du centre ville St Jean de Luz. Le parking est une excellent option tout se fait à pied. On a rayonner dans la région bayonne Biaritz Rhune Espelette… près des grands axe.malgré les 35 C l’appartement reste vivable sans Clim.
On s’est isolé sur l’espace piscine sans savoir le code pour sortir. On a dû passer par l’appartement d’un voisin qui prenais son café près de la porte vitrée.

L'emplacement est super. Toutes les commodités sont à porter ou en voiture. Belle résidence avec parking souterrain fermé. Terrasse super agréable. La piscine privée impeccable, super pour les enfants. Très calme. Belle résidence et veau cadre
La propreté était moyenne. Chasse aux 4 araignées au plafonds. Toile d'araignée au-dessus des coffrets des stores. Toile d'araignées dans angle de salle de bain. Poussière sous le lit et fauteuil. On a trouvé une paire de chaussettes sales. Donne l'impression d'être inoccupé depuis un certains temps.
