Ho gradito molto la disponibilità della proprietaria e la sua accoglienza, di persona e attenta ai dettagli. L'appartamento è molto ben curato, anche se non è per niente illuminato con luce naturale.
La persistenza di un rumore di sottofondo anche di notte, forse legato al sistema di aerazione.

La struttura è un oasi in un quartiere non bellissimo. La casa è molto pulita, biancheria e lenzuola ottime, bella cucina, bel bagno e la signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima e cortese. Per chi viene con la macchina, si riesce a trovare abbastanza bene il parcheggio gratis. La posizione è abbastanza comoda, a 8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 15 a piedi dai quattro canti. Il prezzo della casa è veramente vantaggioso.
La casa è situata in un quartiere non molto bello e non molto pulito

El alojamiento en general limpio y agradable
La ubicación no nos gusto ya que todas las calles estaban sucias, olía muy mal y según que calles inseguras. El alojamiento la habitación de abajo cómoda y agradable pero la de arriba la cama estaba desnivelada, tenia un aire pingüino que hacia mucho ruido y según la altura no puedes estar de pie. Las ventanas muy pequeñas que daban a un patio interior con ruido y se escuchaban muchos ruidos de la vivienda de arriba. La cocina estaba muy bien, lo único que no tenían campana extractora y a la hora de cocinar algo pues podía acumular humo.
