Attico 37 - Queen room con terrazza privata

Location: The staff was very helpful; we could leave our luggage in their luggage storage even after checkout. The terrace was amazing and big.

There is NO FRIDGE, just some small tiny box on the wall, which is, I guess, cold on the inside. I was told by the male receptionist that it's because no external alcohol is allowed, sending me to their nearby bistro. Thankfully, nobody is checking your bag to see if there is a bottle of cold wine or prosecco, since private hotels and accommodations cannot legally dictate what you consume inside your own private guest room (which functions as your temporary residence). The wifi doesn’t work at all, but that’s been an ongoing problem that nobody has solved, looking at older reviews.

The terrace is just beautiful Comfortable bed Very nice bathroom

The accommodation is nearby the main station Palermo Centrale, only a few steps from the train, so its very easy to have a flawless airport transfer. Also touristic points are within 15-25 min walking distance, further many options to go by bus closer to sightseeing highlights. The room had more space than expected, the terrace is a very nice add on. The check in information was clear communicated beforehand and also the check in itself at the desk was uncomplicated and fast. Staff also very friendly. Remind the city tax of 4 EUR has to be paid separately. Within the apartment you find small snacks and a coffee machine, which we found very nice. We can recommend and would choose again as stay in Palermo.

Can be a bit noisy if you got loud neighbors etc. To have some glasses or bigger cups would be also a nice improvement.

La superficie de la chambre était bien ainsi que la grande terrasse et le personnel était gentil

La propreté, beaucoup de poussière par terre, pas d’eau chaude
