Very close to the train station and the city center. The flat was very clean and AC was working well. Big bedrooms. Nice garden/courtyard. Parking cars in the street is free. The host was very nice.

Backyard orange tree with oranges and all kitchen facilities. Rooms are big and double height. The location is well-connected and within walking distance of the train and bus station, and local markets.
The room was a little cold, and the room heaters were not working. But air conditioners are working properly. A little problem with the remote. Batteries are not working properly sometimes. Overall manageable. The neighbourhood is a little bit dirty,

Situata alla spalle della stazione centrale di Palermo, la casa è una vera chicca! Stanze grandi e luminose. Casa ben fornita per le vacanze.
Splendida la proprietaria che, con grande gentilezza, ci ha concesso di lasciare i bagagli in deposito per quasi un' intera giornata regalandoci così la possibilità di visitare Palermo in libertà.

A lot of space and a very good location. It was easy to get around the city from there. The private yard was also a nice bonus. The hosts were very kind and helpful.
The property definitely needs some renovation and refreshing. With a bit of investment, it could become a really great place to stay. Right now, some things look worn out — for example, the washing machine was rusty, the yard felt neglected, and overall parts of the property looked like they could fall apart at any moment.
