المكان في الحقيقة ليس فندقًا، بل عبارة عن شقق سكنية يتم تأجير الغرف داخلها بشكل منفصل، وهذا يعني أن دورات المياه مشتركة بين عدة غرف. الأسوأ من ذلك أن الشقق مسكونة من قبل عمال عزاب، بحيث يكون لك غرفة وهم في الغرف الأخرى ويشتركون معك في نفس دورة المياه.
كنت مع عائلتي، وبمجرد وصولنا ورؤية سوء المكان وسوء الاختيار — وبعد معاناة طويلة في البحث عن موقف — قررنا المغادرة فورًا وتغيير الفندق. طلبنا استرجاع المبلغ لكنهم رفضوا بحجة الشروط.

A very, very, very bad experience. I do not recommend this place at all.
There is absolutely no parking, and the location is extremely poor — it is inside a narrow residential alley surrounded by houses, making access and parking a real struggle, especially for families.
This is not a hotel at all. It is actually residential apartments where individual rooms are rented, which means the bathrooms are shared. Even worse, the apartments are occupied by single male workers, so you rent one room while they stay in the other rooms and share the same bathroom with you.
I was traveling with my family, and as soon as we arrived and saw how bad the location and setup were — after a long struggle just to find parking — we decided to leave immediately and change the hotel. We requested a refund, but they refused and hid behind their policy terms.
This place is completely unsuitable and unsafe for families.
I strongly do not recommend it.

هذا عن تجربه . المكان هذا جدا سيء و في غاية السوء و لا توجد فيه أية خصوصيه أو تقدير للمستاجر.
1- السرير و البطانيات راءحتهم كريهه جدا و بحالة سيئة جداً.
2 - المكيفات نفس الشيء راءحتها كريهه و لا تبرد و قد لا تعمل أي إنها تنطفا فجاة.
3 - لا توجد قنوات تلفزيونيه سوى أنه موجود شكليا.
4 - الحمام مشترك فيما بينك و بين المستاجر الذي يسكن بجنبك
5 - لا توجد ثلاجة
6 - لا يوجد مطبخ
الغرفه لا يوجد فيها ابسط الخدمات و تعاملهم سيء و هو أن الأتفاق على توقيت الخروج أنه في الساعه 12:30 مساءا و لكن العامل يدعي بأنه اتفق على الساعه 12 مساءا و قد قام بتصرفات غير محترمه و هي أنه فتح باب الغرفه مع علمه بأننا في الداخل و هو يعلم بأن في الغرفة امرأة أي زوجتي و هذا التصرف جداً وقح و غير ذلك كان ينادي من خلف الباب الخارجي و ظل يتصل عدة مرات .. لا انصحكم به نهاءيا لأنه لا يوجد أي تقدير أو احترام أو خصوصيه و لا يغريكم السعر الرخيص إذا عرضوه عليكم .

This is from personal experience.
This place is very, very bad and lacks any privacy or appreciation for the tenants.
1- The bed and blankets smell very bad and are in very poor condition.
2- The air conditioners are the same; they smell bad, don't cool down, and sometimes even turn off suddenly and not working at all..
3- There are no TV channels, except for the nominal availability.
4- The bathroom is shared between you and the tenant living next door. ( Common not separate for the first tenant.
5 - No refrigerator
6 - No kitchen The room lacks even the most basic services, and their treatment is bad.
The agreed-upon checkout time is 12:30 PM, but the worker claims that he agreed on 12 PM. He behaved disrespectfully, as he opened the door of the room, knowing that we were inside, and he knows that there is a woman in the room, my wife. This behavior is very rude. In addition, he was calling from behind the outside door. He kept calling ( mobile phone call) several times.
