Very clean, lots of space for 5 people.

The location in Zermatt isn’t the best. Kind of a walk to everything but the bus system helps. It’s right by the heli-port and the train so it gets a little noisy in the morning.

The size of the property was great and facilities had everything we needed.

Location is as bad as it can get in Zermatt, far from center and in the only noisy area of Zermatt, with cars and train just outside the window.

Tolle Wohnung, super ausgestattet. Balkon, Waschmaschine, schönes Wohn-/Esszimmer. Nicht weit zum Zentrum. Kulante Vermieter. Gut schallisolierte Fenster.

Schimmelbefall im unteren Bad. Wir haben eine Rückerstattung von 50% bekommen. Das fanden wir fair. Nicht super ruhig gelegen: Heliport daneben, Bahnlinie geht vorbei, Materiallager von Metallbaufirma nebenan.

Close to downtown Zermatt, fifteen minute walk. The unit was adequately appointed

No fault of the owner there is major construction in Zermatt. But we should have been warned we were in the middle of the constructions zone . The alleyway was horrible…. Garbage and discarded wood. The balcony overlooked the core of wood storage with ongoing vehicle traffic. The day they emptied the porta potty was discussing! A little warning from the owner would have been nice? Finding the actual unit in the group of buildings was a challenge. There was a one floor only elevator but then we had to exit that building to find another and hike up three floors with our luggage. Plus there is a train running nearby multiple times a day. Another point the city tax has to be paid in cash! FYI
