Riverside Apartment

Location is quite good right by the river, a short brisk walk from the station. Apartment is spacious and we liked that each room had a wash basin of its own. Checkin was smooth. Apartment had almost all modern amenities for dining and extended stays. As advertised the house is in the basement, we already knew about it while booking. Also got good views of the Matterhorn from the terrace.

The Internet was not working intermittently. The terrace was not clean and dusty, we had to clean it to enjoy the views of Matterhorn

Short walk to train station, great location, clean, well equipped with everything we needed to cook. Toiletries provided . Very comfortable bedding. Easy access to building and room with easy to follow instructions from host. Quick response from host. Very enjoyable and would definitely book again if we come again to Zermatt.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Größe der Wohnung.

Heizung nicht funktionsfähig, Küchenutensilien / Bratpfannen sehr abgenutzt. Teller waren verschmutzt und wir mussten sie von Hand spülen weil die Teller für die Spülmaschine zu groß sind. Kleiderhaken im Bad nicht ausreichend befestigt. Terrasse war sehr verstaubt. Abluft im Bad zu schwach, eventuell verstopft. Licht im Kühlschrank ohne Funktion.
