Las Terrazas

Easy to book and owner was easy to contact very clean and tidy, the kitchen was perfectly equipped along with washing machine etc very central and 5 or so mins from the sea front , a nice touch with sugar tea water and a couple of beers along with toilet rolls our other apartments hadn't had these.

Not what we disliked it could do with some chairs or sun loungers around the pool as we had to sit on the grass these could be stored in the utility room

Excellent property within a central position for Albir for shopping, restaurants & bars. The beach only a 10 minutes walk away. Lovely very funtional balcony that could be used all year round with the sun shining through in the morning. Nice outside garden area to use for the sunshine in the afternoon. Good double bedroom with en-suite, the other bedroom a bit on the small size but our friends used the third bedroom which had bunk beds to store their cases & some clothing. We would definitely stay again in Las Terrazas

We did have a slight problem with the hot water if everyone showered one after the other it became cold, there wasnt any information about the boiler but wasn't a major problem we just had to plan abit more! There wasn't any deck chairs for the pool side which could be a problem in the summer months, fortunately it was too cold to use the pool.

Ble informert godt i forkant. Når vi kom til leiligheten ble vi møtt av hyggelige personalet som ga oss nøkler og informasjon. Leiligheten ligger veldig sentralt. Gode parkeringsmuligheter.

I den perioden vi var der (mars) hadde vi gjerne hatt mer sol på terrassen. I tillegg synes vi det kunne vært solsenger som tilhørte leiligheten. Det er ikke ofte det er i leiligheter vi leier, men det burde vært en service som utleier kunne bidra med.

Хорошее расположение, очень чистая и уютная квартира, на кухне есть всё необходимое; жаль, что нет фена.
