Beautiful stay in Albir

Beautiful apartment on a private and very quiet complex. Close proximity to bars, restaurants and supermarkets and about 20 mins walk to sea. Very well equipped and comfortable with all mod cons and very secure. Outdoor areas are well kept and clean.

Relaxing break.

We have stayed in this apartment quite a few times and really enjoy our time here. The complex is well looked after, in a good area and peaceful. The apartment is well looked after, in a good location. Nice view of the pool and sunshine late morning through the afternoon. Good equipment and comfortable bed. Wi-Fi and tv great signal.

We had a wonderful holiday and would be very happy to return.

Only a small issue but I don't think it is appropriate to expect those on holiday (particularly children) to be quiet during the daytime hours of 2-4pm. Although this was not strictly enforced it was included in the rules shown on the premises.

Great Apartment in a fantastic location.

Overall a great apartment in a location that we really like, convenient for Bars, Restaurants and Shops. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Nice area to sit in outside and in. Modern Kitchen. Fantastic Pool. Extremely clean and tidy complex. Felt safe and secure.

There are some points that we would like to mention which we hope will be helpful for the owners consideration. The Bathroom needs some where to hang towels and shelves to put shampoo / soap in the shower as there was no where to place any items. The apartment would benefit from a Dishwasher. Unfortunately the only chairs for the pool were within the apartment that needed to be taken down to the pool, this might be difficult for those with mobility issues to do so - also these were really not very comfortable and think older people would struggle to get up from them. It would not take up much more room to be supplied with proper loungers and would make such a difference to peoples comfort. Also there were no parasols either by the pool for use or located within the apartment to take down to the Pool.

Relaxed and quiet.

We've stayed in this complex before, through a private renter, and like the location; it's quiet, and has a locked gate for security. Our apartment had a great view.

Would have liked extra sheets. I was in the bed and my sister used the sofa bed. We had one sheet each and had to use the throws for cover. These were quite warm in the heat. It would have been more comfortable to have two sheets each.

Lovely apartment but not in the nicest area.

Beautiful apartment. Fantastic pool which never got busy.

Location. It wasn’t particularly bad, but it was about 25 minutes walk from the beach and along a busy road full of cheap bars, restaurants and bargain clothes shops. Sounds ‘snobby’ but I prefer to go to quieter areas. Also there was a holiday park over the road which was very noisy.

Perfect home from home!

Lovely quiet ground floor apartment in beautiful complex. All essentials provided with plenty to cover our 4 week stay. The apartment was immaculately clean and modern Good size kitchen and lovely bathroom with great shower. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the balcony which was in the sun late afternoon. We wanted for nothing and would highly recommend this apartment

Well equipped apartment with English TV channels.An aircon issue was quickly resolved by Lola the host.Late remote check in was easy.

when the air conditioning was on, there was noise in the bathroom, which interfered with the rest. bed sheets were not fresh and damp! one of the sheets was torn and there were traces of some kind of glue on the bed. The bathroom was different from the photos stated on the site, everything was old and the toilet lid was broken! the grates from the air conditioner were dirty and dusty, there was a stale smell (the smell of mold) the air conditioner needs to be cleaned

A gem of a property in an excellent location!

Everything! Lovely bright, clean, tasrefully- decorated 2nd floor apartment, with views across to the lovely Serra Gelada mountain range from both living area, and bedroom.There was also an adequate tiled balcony area, with 2 chairs and a small table (and room for a clothes-horse to dry our clothes) again with views to the mountains. Very comfortable double bed, change of sheets and pillow cases provided for our 2 week stay (same for towels), large spacious wardrobe with plenty of hanging room and also ample storage in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Good shower in bathroom and free toiletries plus a hair dryer with diffuser. Air con much appreciated in temps of well over 30oC! Wifi excellent and plenty of streaming channels on TV (e.g.Netflux, You Tube) Well-equipped kitchen (Nescafe Dolce gusto coffee machine, oven, microvave, toaster) and utility area with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products, beach towels, folding chairs and even an umbrella (if it dared to rain) Good communication with Lola (in charge of the property) and instructions for self- access and picking up keys to the apartment from a key box outside the block. The entire complex (5 blocks of apartments) was well-maintained and tidy with beautiful gardens and a swimming pool. In our block all the communal areas, e.g.stairs, lifts and entrance area, were kept clean and fresh-smelling. We parked in the nearby streets, although I believe there is garage parking available for a fee. The apartment is located just under 1 mile from Albir beach and seafront, and has several large supermarkets just a few mintues walk away. We had everything we needed for our self-catering holiday and hope to return again!

so clean and quiet. felt very safe here. all noise outside at a low level once the blinds pulled. the blinds shut out all light too. bed very comfortable and I slept so well there. washing machine and good internet. some U.K. channels. I didn’t get to the pool but it looked fab too. there are pool chairs in the apartment so no need to worry.

Clean, quiet, well designed complex - will stay again

location was excellent - at top of town, about 15 minute walk to the beach. Near 3 supermarkets, and loads of restaurants. The Font Roja complex was clean and well maintained. Many of the "residents" are owner occupiers who bought nearly 20 years ago, and who obviously love it there. The apartment was clean and "Ikea" modern, spacious for us, a couple, with all mod cons - fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine etc, and most importantly during the unusually hot period we were there, aircon.

Trying to park the car outside the complex, on the surrounding road, was a bit hit and miss, but as we weren't using the car every day, once parked up we were OK.

Perfect choice for this price

Even this is not the best apartment in area that I have been visit,I put a 10 cause I had extremelly pleasent stay. I was sleeping like never before.All in all,apartment is very clean,very calm and with great host. Regarding the money,it's a great choice. Lot of space for parking outside of building and very,very important for me, perfect internet.
