Recently renovated modern styled one-bedroom apartment (4 people maximum) with new slim Swedish radiators for winter heating and air conditioner in every room is located in central Albir, 150 meters from the beach in a secured gated community, close to many bars, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is on the first floor up two small flights of steps.
The secure and gated community offers a large swimming pool with a kids section and a sunbathing/seating area with palm trees.
There is generous and easy parking right outside of the building.
The kitchen is a fully equipped quartz-topped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, orange/lemon juice, and a smoothie maker.
The bathroom has under-floor heating, a walk-in shower and modern bathroom furniture.
The living room has hot/cold air-conditioning, a large dining area and a TV zone with a comfortable sofa bed and two armchairs. A computer desk with lighting is available too.
The two single beds in the bedroom can be easily be pushed together to make a large double bed. The room is equipped with the hot/cold air-conditioning.
Internet and international TV channels, with Norwegian, English, French, Russian and other international channels (Smart TV) are included in the price.
Laundry facilities: laundry machine is available in the apartment.
Conveniently situated in a residential area but yet a stone's throw to shops and numerous international restaurants and only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach.
Not far from the Sierra Gelada nature reserve, the opportunity for wonderful walks is just on the door-step. Benidorm is a 10-minute taxi or a 20-minute bus ride (from the main street) for those who appreciate vibrant night-life, shows and of course the other attractions it has to offer.

Too many glasses in cupboard no room for food. Frying pan scraped away had to buy our own. Saw the state on pillow, in first picture, went out to buy our own bed linen as you can see in second picture. Definitely not sound proof, you can hear neighbours talking all the traffic from the street. Toilets flushing. Windows covered in condensation every morning. The heaters air conditioners in need of servicing. One in bedroom not working. Chairs around the table, each one was split and cracked.Not two bedroom apartment. One bedroom, sofa bed in living room.The owner was very helpful,I think the manager should check more thoroughly.but would never book with Vrbo ever again. Over charged me on the apartment by 500. Even though I had the amount sent from them.
