The apartment offered very good value for the price and the communication from the staff was excellent. Check-in was straightforward, and the location made it easy to explore Altea’s historic center. The apartment had the basic amenities needed for a short stay.
The main drawback was the comfort level. The furniture and sleeping arrangements could be improved, and some areas of the apartment showed signs of wear. While generally clean, the overall condition and comfort did not fully meet our expectations.

clean apartment with comfortable beds. Good location as supermarket is near by and it is close to the old town square. Dishwasher didn’t work, no extra bin bags, no dish towels for drying plates. No wine opener or spatula. No basic condiments apart from salt and pepper. No welcome pack or suggestions of places to go or useful hints about when things are open and shut. It would have been good to know how to navigate their beautiful town. If you’re only there for a short time these things help. It would also be nice to have information about transportation options and how to go about getting tickets.
The pool didn’t get any sunshine, so we couldn’t relax around the pool. It would be nice to get two sets of keys.
