The property is spacious and has many places to sleep, very comfortable sleeping places
It was great to have an oven, but unfortunately we couldn’t use it because the circuit breaker tripped every time we turned it on. It would also be nice to have a few basic cooking essentials available, such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil.

Nice and spacious modern apartment close to the old town and the beach. It was the perfect base for our family of five to explore the Costa Blanca. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in two of the bedrooms.
We had to download the required app on very slow internet after a long flight. It would have been much more helpful if the host had informed us in advance which app needed to be installed, rather than just 2 hours before check-in.

La ubicación. Está reformado y todo es bastante nuevo.
El ventilador de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba y no nos dieron solución y hacía muchísimo calor. Toda la comunicación es mediante un bot… Zona ruidosa debido a obras.

Location was excellent. Near buses, tram. Near the beach, bars and restaurants.
The apartment was noisy, from the family upstairs. Continuous banging and running around. No iron. If you have a washing machine and a clothes line,surely you have an iron. The carpet or mat in the front room and bedroom needed hoovering. The larger bathroom smelt like sewage. Had to keep the window open and door closed.
