The location is great and staff are accomodating

Affordable price, mababait na staff, good location (malapit sa Mahogany market at malapit sa house ng friend namin), may free parking at pet friendly (walang additional charges for pets nung nagstay kami, you can ask the property nalang bgo magbook baka may changes). What you see in the photos is what you get. For a brief staycation, para sakin is sulit na siya for a 6/pax.

If particular kayo sa noise, at mabilis kayo magising sa ingay. Iwasan lang magbook during February since may mga guests na madaling araw umaalis (particulary mga cyclists) which is according to the staff is mga regular na yun nagbobook sa kanila. Nainform naman kami beforehand na may ganun kaya we understand.

The host and all the staff are very hospitable. Helpful and kind. We booked on the same day around maybe 8pm at night already bec we just need a stay, everybody is tired to drive back to manila, we are family of 7 and blessed we found JEMZ not too far from where we are. Food is good. Bed is comfy. They provided extra bed, pillows, beddings, kumot♥️😇. Airconditioned is good we had a good sleep. We stayed overnight and leave exactly 12nn the following day. A great deal indeed for Php 1,178.00 pesos only. Location wise, hidden gem but easily found through waze. Had a little concern the bank charged as twice but single booking alone was done. But the host is very impressive in helping us that night til the next day he is updating us. Exceptional service. And all settled by the bank and booking.com and jemz. Highly recommended host and transient in Tagaytay!!! Another good memories created! We enjoyed our stay and we will be back again. Thank you so much!

The sink at the cr clogged, we dont know why. And there is small black worm like or "kiti kiti" in the water of the sink that feared our kids to use the sink for tooth brushing. Everything else is good! We enjoyed our stay and we will be back again.
