What I like about the property is the ambiance and the entirety is just enough for 2-4pax. The price is also cheap and affordable.

Atleast for the unit, we were in. The sink doesn’t work. It’s under maintenance. The water heater is broken. The shower enclosure is dirty and broken as well. The water drainage is clogged. The parking in the basement is not safe for cars. Debris are falling overhead, good thing it didn’t hit my wind shield otherwise, my car could have been damaged. I reported it to the Facebook site of the management/owner. Only told me to report it to the property management. I didn’t bother because I was too tired. Could be that other units may be better. But for my experience, it’s something that probably, I won’t repeat to book anymore, unless fixed.

Not clean, CR is smelly and yellowish and some small cockroaches were seen

Room price is really cheap considering its location. The room just needs deep cleaning. Because the ref really smells bad and the place was a bit dusty also. Wifi wasn't working as well. There are devices that can be used at the place, but we weren't able to try them out if they're working. The owner was really accommodating and was responding to my messages in a very timely manner.
