    staff were accommodating and hotel is near to everything you need coffee bulalo, silog gas station. breakfast is and coffee in the hotel is also good. the heater is just not hot it's warm over all we enjoy our stay

    me and my partner are looking for a 1 good place to stay in tagaytay using the agoda app for just 1 night, it says most couples book the room with bathtub with a view. but instead we got a room were the lights are not working and most of the lights you have to plug it in and there's only 2 electrical outlets. the tv doesn't work you have to borrow usb to watch a movie but the tv doesn't read the usb they gave us and the shower head has mold and its obviously the room is not well maintained. whatever the room they showed us in agoda app is far different from the the room they gave us. i felt we got scammed and even if i complained we won't get any refund.
