    The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so I would still recommend it for those simply looking for a place to sleep. The owner is also responsive and kind. Toiletries were also provided such as towels, shampoo, and soap. However, we encountered several inconveniences that affected what we hoped would be a relaxing staycation. To use the pool, payment had to be made at Tower 5, which was quite a long walk. Unfortunately, we were only informed about this once we arrived at the pool area, so we had to walk back and forth under the hot afternoon sun. The internet connection was also unreliable. We had to contact and follow up with the internet representative multiple times, and it was only fixed around 9:30 PM, which was already close to our sleeping time. Since the room didn’t come with free parking and there was no basement parking available for guests, we had to park at the clubhouse for ₱400 overnight. Additionally, once the car leaves the parking area, you have to pay again (₱30 every three hours). To make matters worse, we got a flat tire in the parking lot due to a screw piercing the tire. There’s no netflix, just youtube and disney plus. The small fridge was hidden under the kitchen counter, and although it was turned on, our ice cream still melted in the freezer. Overall, we had a fairly good stay. Although there were some inconveniences, the room was clean and comfortable, and communication with the owner was smooth and easy.

    The room is clean and smelled fresh. Bed and bath amenities properly laid. Location id just walking distance to various resto and groceries.. Only downside was there were other tenants playing loud music and can be heard in our room. Reported it to security in the evening. However, same instance happen at 8am following morning. I think Bldg management should be strict about theur rules. All in all, I still would like to come back for a break and enjoy the cool quiet evening.

    I’m not generalizing, but I don’t think Airbnb is entirely safe. It was our first time trying this kind of accommodation, and unfortunately, the unit we stayed in did not feel secure. The building and the surroundings were clean and nice, but our room, although acceptable, was not that clean. While my family and I were asleep, someone opened our room using another key. This happened between 6:00 and 6:30 in the morning. I immediately informed our contact for the unit (I believe the caretaker), and she said it was her sibling who mistakenly took the wrong key. After that incident, we were unable to go back to sleep, worrying that someone might enter again. We decided to leave early because I no longer felt at ease staying in the place. 😔
