    Things that went wrong with our booking: - The free parking is not free. You basically need to trick the guard thinking you are a customer at a restaurant to park. Also, it’s not secured since parts of our vehicle (motorcyle) was stolen in the parking area they suggested. - The heater is not working, it was raining and it is cold with the monsoon so they could have checked the heater before letting someone check in. - They asked for a security deposit before checking in, it was not in the booking details in agoda. Regardless, we paid it but the problem is it took about 8hrs from the time we checked out before we got it. The contact person was not responding so we had to message and call a lot of times. - There was a garbage bin but there’s no garbage bag, we had to procure our own since we have to throw it the garbage room after check out. - We had to take a picture of everything before checking out (which is normal) but I included it here since that’s one of the reason they provided for the delay of the security deposit refund. Things that went right: - The room is clean - TV is working great - WIFI is working too without any interruption - The location is great as well - There’s a PS4 too that you can use
