Had the worst experience during this booking!! It was said that check-in time is around 3:00-5:00 PM. We arrived a few minutes before 3:00PM but got no reply when we messaged about our arrival. I tried calling them and the phone was off. I also tried calling their fb page and my messages weren't delivered. We kept doing that for 3 WHOLE HOURS!! We didn't know what to do, we had our luggages, it was raining so hard, it was getting dark and we don't know where to go. Thank God the guard took pity on us and helped us find the caretaker atleast. Apparently, the caretaker wasn't even aware about our booking and even she can't contact the owners. Since it was getting late, she offered us one of the units she's incharge of to stay for the mean time. We paid again for that unit, and was promised a refund. We thought it would be smooth from then on but we were definitely wrong. The next day, we were supposed to be outside the whole day for our itinerary but we had to go back to get our things since we will be moving in to our actual booked unit (The unit we stayed at has another guest coming). When we were about to check in, apparently the owner made a mistake with our authorization letter and we had to wait for it to be fixed. Lo and behold, we had to wait HOURS AGAIN before they replied. We can't just go out and do our plans since we can't even put our things inside the unit we already paid for!! The amount of time we were supposed to be spending outside was mostly spent waiting at the lobby and it was traumatizing as hell. The next day again (check out day), our remaining problem by that time was the refund that we haven't gotten yet. We don't care whether the amount was small or not, the thought that we had to make an additional payment on top of all that stress? We were NOT gonna allow that. But OF COURSE, it's hard to reach out to them again and it was so frustrating. At one point, the male owner answered the call and he was so fucking rude with his mocking tone as if the situation was our fault. When the female owner answered, she explained (not to us, she was talking to the caretaker) that her phone broke and all that. As if that's even an excuse nowadays. You know you have a guest that day and just because your phone broke, you're just gonna leave them hanging and not knowing what to do? In this day and age where communication is supposed to be very accessible?? Idk. I'm just thankful the caretaker didn't leave us and was always responding to us. Overall? never again. And just don't.

The owner was approachable and responsive, and the caretaker was very helpful with the parking. We booked an overnight stay for five guests, though only four of us actually stayed, but only two towels were provided. Additionally, the AC in the living room wasn't working, though a fan was provided as an alternative. Fortunately, both ACs in the bedrooms worked well.

Booked Epie’s Pad since we are attending a friend’s wedding in Batangas. We had a late check in due to the bus we were riding had a problem. Ms. Norlyn is the caretaker and was updating us throughout. Location was good, near highway so you can hear vehicles passing. The condo has a smartkey, guest wifi and cold airconditioned rooms. One aircon in the living room is broken but they have a standfan to make up for it. They evem accommodated our request for a flat iron. I think it just needed more cleaning especially the mini ref would be lovely if they can provide handwashing soap and house slippers

Honest review: Before we checked in, while we were registering in the lobby, the caretaker mentioned that she still had to check the unit first. We assumed everything would already be prepared and inspected before handing it over to the guest, so this just added unnecessary waiting time. The kitchen and refrigerator were dirty, looking as if they hadn't been cleaned by the caretaker at all. The bathroom was also dirty, had a bad odor, and there were molds. The sink was broken; while the caretaker did give a heads-up about this, (but if I were the owner, I would find it embarrassing to list a unit with a defective sink). The bedsheets and pillowcases didn't seem to have been changed, as there was hair and dust on them. The TV in the other room couldn't be used because the remote is not functioning. There was no Netflix available. While the overall stay was quite good considering the unit is spacious enough for 5 people and light cooking is allowed. However for me, this is not recommended for guests who are particular about cleanliness and if you really wanted to stay long in the unit.
