    The owner can't respond immediately. Took us almost 2 hours to get assisted only to find out that the room we are supposed to get checked-in is not available making us checking-in in another unit

    This might be the worst place I've ever stayed at. First, we had to wait for an HOUR in the lobby while our contact kept making excuses like "I'll be there shortly," and "the elevator is having trouble", only to eventually tell us our room wasn't prepared yet. Lobby was nice, though. Then we get to the room and it's awful. Obvious water damage everywhere, furniture is very old and cheap, rickety and falling apart. Every closet and shelf is either full of some junk or locked! Bathroom is somehow even worse; the toilet seat is too small and slips inside the toilet, the shower door is broken, and the water heater leaks from the inside - an actual health hazard that can kill you! No drinkable water, no toiletries, hard to reach and sparse power sockets, trash not taken out, the bed is in an awkward spot and isn't very comfortable.... I could go on and on. Simply awful! If you get unit ***, just demand a refund instead!
