部屋は広く、設備もとても良かったです。寝室にベッド1台、リビングルームにはソファベッド2台とテーブル、マットレスのベッドが2台あり、テレビにエアコン、広いキッチンに冷蔵庫など、必要なものはすべて揃っていました。それぞれとても清潔でした。 何より嬉しかったのがドラム式洗濯機ですね。洗い物が溜まってきたら洗えますし、活用させていただきました。 バスタオルなどは3回分用意されていました。

立地はある程度覚悟していましたが、やはり良くはありません。坂はキツいですし、駅からはかなり歩きます。堺町通からは少し近いかもですが、それでもやはり坂がキツいです。 Wi-Fiがとても貧弱です。Youtubeなども画質を落とさないと快適に視聴するのは難しく、Discordの通話にも参加できませんでした。場所の問題かモバイル回線も快適には使えず、ネット環境は不満でした。

朝夜静か。景色がいい場所。家具家電が揃っていて長期滞在にピッタリだったこと。希望を伝えると、スタッフが即時連絡をくれ、可能なことは叶えてくれた。

丘の上なので荒天の時は風の音が大変

Reasonable rates for a typical Japanese small apartment with washing machine and kitchen. Staff quickly resolved a WiFi issue. We liked the storage area for our luggage.

Beds we just placed on floor in a space not really suitable for the bed size (had to step around it to get to shower/sink). No parking at building is a pain as we had to walk 10 minutes for paid parking. Do not underestimate the review comments about the steep hill getting to the apartment in the winter. Our 4WD subie worked, but it was dicey.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 weeks, and we absolutely loved it. The accommodation was great, with an amazing view, it really felt like home by the end of our stay. The staff were also wonderful. Whenever I messaged them, they always tried their best to meet our needs. They provided bowls and plates suitable for the microwave, fresh linen and towels, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. They picked up the garbage every 3 days. They also offered to clean the room once a week which was such a thoughtful touch. The hill leading up to the property is very steep, but you get used to it after a while, and the view makes it worth it. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
