Clean and wonderful, and the provisions in the room almost felt like home. Took a picture of the corridor which was spacious and also clean. We liked the security of the hotel and the almost immediate auto room door lock at closing. The room cleaner greeted us with a smile when we were just getting into our room. The lady at front desk was kind and informed us where to park, and even helped with our many luggages. She also patiently explained clearly of what we needed to know at our check in. The check out was seamless. Definitely a place we'd like to come back again. Thanks for the great stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Stay’s Otaru! 😊 The hotel apartment was surprisingly spacious, nice, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. One little detail I really appreciated was the towels — they smelled so fresh and had such a lovely laundry scent! 🥰 Another plus point was the allocated free parking, which was very convenient for us as we were driving around Hokkaido. 🚗 The main downsides were the very compact toilet area and the hotel’s location in a hilly area. It may be quite inconvenient for those without a car, so having your own transport is definitely recommended. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt that the apartment was comfortable and offered good value. A big thank you to the hotel staff for being so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay! 😊 Would recommend this place to travellers who are driving around Otaru. ❤️

Free parking till 12pm, after which you are required to pay. Waking distance to tourist attractions like the steam clock. Many restaurants around the hotel. Easy access via train. The place is very modern and the staff speaks english. Free flow of coffee and tea at the lobby. Highly recommended

Very clean apt style flat with many amenities including washing machine with dryer function, kitchen with stove and pots and pans! Bathroom and toilet is in separate room and bathroom has bath tub! Location is on a slope above the Main Street and walking only takes about 5-10 mins to Main Street with many shops and restaurants! Recommend to eat the LeTao cafe cus their cakes are great and avoid the Seafood don shop with many outlet as their don are more expensive than Sapporo seafood market and the quality at the market is much better! Highly recommend to stay for more than 1 night and if you are exploring Yoichi as it is only 30 mins drive
